CINRO RESOURCES INC. CURRENTLY EXPLORING POTENTIAL ACQUISITION OF THE POTARO CLAIMS, A GUYANA PLACER-GOLD AND -DIAMOND PRODUCTION TARGET FOR 2012

TORONTO, CANADA, April 24, 2012 – Cinro Resources Inc., (the “Company” or “Cinro”) a Canadian exploration company dedicated to the exploration of precious metals and Gold deposits in Guyana, South America , today with its Geologist started reviewing a potential acquisition of the Potaro Claims.
Terms and conditions of this potential acquisition are still at its infant stage and should be finalized in the coming months. Cinro is excited at the possibility of working with Dr. Morton on this project once details of this transaction are finalized. The below describes the property and Dr. Morton’s assessment.

Note to Reader: This current potential acquisition is a separate project and property from Cinro’s current Potaro project where a 43-101 report is being worked on. Both properties are located in separate areas.

TORONTO, CANADA, April 3, 2012 – Cinro Resources Inc., a Canadian junior exploration company dedicated to the exploration of precious metals and Gold deposits in Guyana, South America, today announced it has appointed Evan Persaud as Director and Manager of Technical Services in Guyana. Mr. Persaud will be responsible for managing the technical work related to advancing Cinro’s Potaro property and other properties that is currently held by Cinro.

About Evan Persaud:
Evan Persaud, a Guyanese citizen, was educated at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada, where he obtained the following degrees: BSc (Hons) (Geology) in 1981 and MSc (Economic Geology) in 1987. He has completed all the necessary coursework leading to a doctorate in Geology.

He has lectured at the University of Alberta, the University of Regina (Saskatchewan, Canada) and is currently lecturing at the University of Guyana since 1997. He has gained practical experience in the Canadian Shield and the Guiana Shield.

Since 1981 he has worked in exploration projects for uranium, lead, zinc, silver, columbite – tantalite, bauxite and gold; as well as a site geologist in the drilling of pre – production petroleum wells for oil and gas in Alberta.

Morton as its Advisor and Consultant in Guyana. Dr. Roger D. Morton, Professor Emeritus at the University of Alberta. Dr. Roger Morton’s 40 years of academic and mineral resource exploration experience has earned him international recognition. Dr. Morton has performed international research and consulting in economic geology for companies such as Shell Canada, Exxon, Hudson’s Bay Oil and Gas, Urangesellschaft Canada, Uranerz Canada, Pan Ocean, Getty Mines and Chevron Standard. This was while serving as Professor at the University of Alberta, and included work in the United States, South Africa, Australia, Indonesia and the Philippines. Dr. Morton has also held various voluntary consulting and advisory positions, including to the Philippines National Oil Company and Energy Development Corp., and to the governments of Guyana, People’s Republic of China, Canada and Indonesia.

TORONTO, CANADA, March 25, 2012 – Cinro Resources Inc., a Canadian junior exploration company dedicated to the exploration of precious metals and gold deposits in Guyana, South America, today announced it has retained Dahrouge Geological Consulting Group Ltd. to complete a 43-101 report on its Potaro Properties. Cinro Resources Inc. is dedicated to staying on its anticipated schedule of completion of this report – end of first Quarter of 2012. Cinro Resources Inc Chairman and CEO, Roy Singh accompanied a Dahrouge Geological Consulting Group Ltd. geologist Jean-Paul Tsotsos (P.Geol) to Guyana on March 25th, 2012 to begin due diligence and start work on the 43-101 report.
