CINRO RESOURCES INC., ENTERS INTO FORMAL DISCUSSIONS WITH SENIOR VP OF EXPLORATION AT IAMGOLD MIKE DONNELLY ON POSSIBLE ADVISORY, CONSULTANCY AND OR DIRECTORSHIP ROLE.
TORONTO- July 3, 2012- Cinro Resources Inc., (the “Company” or “Cinro”) a Canadian exploration company dedicated to the exploration of Gold and polymetallic deposits in Guyana, South America today announced that it entered into formal discussions with former Senior Vice President, Exploration of IAMGOLD Mike Donnelly to serve as an Advisor, Exploration Consultant and potential Director with Cinro Resources Inc., to begin first quarter of 2013. Mike has also been a part of the Executive Leadership Team at IAMGOLD. Mike graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Geology. He began his career as a Field Geologist with Noranda Exploration in the U.S., and over time held successive positions of increasing responsibility within Noranda Exploration in the Southwest and Eastern U.S. In 1995, Mike relocated to Chile and rose to the position of General Manager Exploration – Southern Hemisphere for Noranda. In 2003, he moved to Toronto where he held the position of General Manager Copper Exploration Latin America with the combined Noranda-Falconbridge groups. In this position, he was directly involved with the planning and execution of their global exploration efforts. Mike joined IAMGOLD in February 2006 and brought a successful exploration track record to IAMGOLD.
