Founder of Cinro Resources with over 22 years of business experience in the financial, mineral and technology sector. Mr. Singh has been focused on Guyana explorations since 2008. He was also awarded the Etobicoke Entrepreneur of the year award in 2003.  Armed with an engineering degree and recognized as entrepreneur of the year 2003 by the Etobicoke Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Singh posseses all the necessary resources to make Cinro Resources Inc., a success in the private and public sector.

Mr. Kloepper has a built a reputation for excellence in investment banking and structured finance over a thirty year career. Mr. Kloepper attended the Executive Program (Harvard taught), sponsored by JP Morgan Inc., New York specializing in law, accounting and international finance. Mr. Kloepper’s business/banking experience was gained through many of the world’s largest companies; Industry/Corporate analyst for JP Morgan Inc.; Business Manager & Group Vice President at CitiBank; Vice President: Corporate/Commercial Banking, Film Finance at Security Pacific Bank (now, Bank of America). Mr. Kloepper also served as Director/Audit Chair for GameCorp Ltd (now DealNet Corp listed on the CNSX/OTC under the symbol C.DLS) and Director/Compensation Committee Chair for InterAmerican Gaming Inc. OTC: (IAGM). He was the Chief Executive Officer for Houston Lake Mining Inc. TSX (V.HLM), a junior gold/rare metal exploration company with assets in Ontario.

With over 15 years in the financial/ investment services industry, Mr. Bamfo has a solid track record successfully assisting individuals and industry leaders in either start-ups or proven and/or established businesses.Mr. Bamfo is a graduate of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)  and holds a Masters of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Ottawa.

Prior to co-founding IAMGOLD Corp., Mr. Phillips was the managing partner of a Toronto law firm specializing in corporate commercial law. In 1990, he was one of the original four founders of IAMGOLD and served as an officer of the company from 1990 until June 2011, when he retired from his position as EVP Corporate Affairs. During that period, IAMGOLD grew from a small private partnership, to one of the largest publicly traded gold mining companies in the world, with 6,000 employees producing nearly 1 million ounces of gold on three continents.

Gary is a seasoned corporate/securities lawyer with over 15 years experience advising clients on securities and business law matters, with particular focus on private and public fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange listings, regulatory compliance matters and corporate/commercial transactions.  Prior to joining McLean & Kerr LLP, Gary was a partner of a prominent Bay Street securities law firm.

Evan Persaud, a Guyanese citizen, was educated at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada, where he obtained the following degrees : BSc (Hons) (Geology) in 1981 and MSc (Economic Geology) in 1987. Mr. Persaud has completed all the necessary coursework leading to a doctorate in Geology.
